Nevi (Moles)

We carefully evaluate moles in order to detect melanoma early. We used a dermoscopy to closely analyze each mole’s pattern and biopsy any irregular or suspicious looking moles. Many moles are atypical, but not cancer. If you have many nevi or a family history of melanoma, your moles should be evaluated annually and you should protect yourself from UV radiation.
